    Or is the user limited to going to the call screen or contact list first?

    Can it be programmed to recognize one touch calling anytime (like in the 9900), or one has to be in the phone app (like in the Q10)?

    I can one touch ring from active frames or app pages on my Q10, don't even have to have the phone the app open.

    I can speed dial from the home screen and don't need to be in the phone app

    I upgraded my Passport to 10.3.1 when I first got it and I do not have the keypress speed dial option in the phone. Has it been removed in 10.3.1 or do we have to wait for an official release to hopefully get it back.

    It is done in the Shortcuts and Speeddial settings menu.
