    Does anyone know if the passport have emails pushed to you like by bold does?

    I like how my bold just has emails show up, where the Q10 pulls them down every 5 minutes.

    I need instant gratification.

    All BB10 devices work the same way: ActiveSync.

    I get my mail instantly (Gmail, Outlook.com, POP and IMAP accounts). I'd double check my settings and maybe call the IT guy.

    Most imap like Gmail will sync very quickly. The BlackBerry 10 way does not go through the BlackBerry NOC. I have had no issues with Gmail being almost instant.
