    No matter what you do. Passport will not support Voice calls from Jio.

    Turns not active by default? Because in the first version of the OS, had the option of IMS, but with the latest versions of the OS, is the option no longer exists.

    In my country some provider provide apps for the use of VoLTE. An android apps of course. Not realy sure how it work.

    I also use BlackBerry Passport in India. Reliance Jio doesn't work on this phone. Neither voice nor data. Although if connected to a Jiofi device then you may use Jio4gVoice app to make calls and use wifi for data.
    None of the BlackBerry phones except BlackBerry Priv works on Reliance Jio.

    My provider (entel) is testing volte, my passport doesn't gives me any hint that's connected to Volte, only appears a HD icon, I don't know if that counts for something or is totally another thing.
