Open the settings menu and then tap on the WiFi calling to turn on or off. At the moment it looks like it's off. Nothing to fix. Some carriers such as t Mobile offer this feature which is good to have so you can make calls using WiFi instead of the cell network. Good to use when cell coverage is poor and you have WiFi access.

Just curious, why would you want to "fix it". Wi-fi calling can save you $$$.

Edit: sorry for the double post!

If you are referring to the 4-button symbol, it means that you are connected to the Blackberry infrastructure. It's in the manual on page 143.

Its definitely WIFI calling, I would leave it on in case you have bad coverage somewhere and you need it. If you turn off wifi it will go off anyway

I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile on a Passport SE and that icon showed up. However, Wifi calling with T-Mobile Won't work on this phone (I think it does on my Z10) , so I had to load the tmobile app (can't remember now if that was BlackBerry or android) to turn off the wifi calling feature. What was strange is that I loaded the app but no icon would show. I had to launch it from app manager. No longer an issue.
