    I'm trying get my Passport to work after installing the autoloader, but can't pass the home screen. Even using screen reader. No any Blackberry ID messages from the speaker. I thought maybe an older firmware will rescue my phone...

    Once on 10.3.3, you can't go back to 10.3.2 or prior. Nor will an earlier build of 10.3.3 change anything.

    Some have reported they got through after rebooting several times.
