I'm going to take a wild guess and say no.

I don't think that the Passport software is compatible with earlier devices. It will always have a different autoloader and so.

As such, you won't be able to downgrade, because compatible software simply won't exist.

Mind you, this is all speculation gathered from the little bit of info I've been able to gleam. I could be entirely incorrect.

That would require Passport-specific pre-10.3 builds. And since the Passport is going to ship with 10.3, you cannot downgrade to a lower OS.

    I don't think so. OS 10.2 doesn't support tactile keyboard. I think.

Maybe the OP doesn't like the new flat design. Even more maybe he hates it so much he rather misses the new 10.3 features than getting the new look.

    Double-typed and posted with a BlackBerry Q10.

Yes, you can... LaFerrari - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Anyway, it would be more like "can I put inside a Ferrari California 2014, the engine of the California 2008?".

    Why look back.
Also don't think it can work anyway as 10.3 has the functionality for the touch keypad /keyboard

Because, everyone who has the slightest clue about motor technologies, knows that an electronic engine has a far better coefficient of performance than a traditional one?

Or because this translates into a better performance overall?
Every sport car manufacturer either looks into hybrid technologies or offers them already.

Hybrid/electro is the future for high performance cars. It's that simple.

You cannot downgrade to a OS lower than 10.3 since it launches with 10.3.

Although, you'll be able to upgrade to 10.3.1 when it is publicly available along with the rest of the devices that launched prior.

The Classic will launch with 10.3.1 and can not be downgraded to lower than either since that OS is optimized for the tool belt. This is when the 10.3.1 rollout will begging shortly after the launch.

No, they use hybrid engine to sell cars to rich people that want to say that hey have a car with the technology of F1 cars like Fernando Alonso. Hybrid stuff is good for fuel economy, but for sports cars it increases more weight than power
