Greetings. Most of us have chosen BlackBerry phones for their extremely high quality. But there is no things that can't break for ever. My Passport is still working perfect but it can be damaged too. In my region I can't officially buy and repair a BlackBerry phone. It's time for unofficial ways or DIY. Quick search returned no results. Is it possible to find the information like service manual, etc? Thanks a lot.
    P.S Sorry for my English

what exactly do you need to do? I can give you some tips. But just like rosebud said, there are videos that show complete strip down of the phone. Depending on the module that needs replacing, you do not need to strip the entire phone down. Quite simple tho, except the battery, pain in the a$$ for me.

YouTube is your answer. I recently replaced the battery on the OG Passport for a new one, by myself. Not too difficult to do.

Vic Daval, I did not replace the battery. I had to remove it to actually get to the keyboard.
