I almost never use the Hub icon since the swipe is so efficient...but I still have the Hub icon on my homepage, row 1, column 1. Yeah I know, pretty silly but I don't mind it there!

Yes, I have used it a few times when hub wouldn't respond and the icon was the only way to get back to the hub.

No, deleted straight away, no need for it. Same goes for phone icon and camera although you can't delete those so I just stick all my unused icons in a "system apps" folder

How many of you have it on your home screen and actually use quite frequently to access the hub?

I have mine as the middle icon on the 4th row and find it much more efficient than swiping.

Please share where you place the icon and whether you use it or not.

    Thanks

Nope, have always kept it in a folder along with the camera, clock, and other apps that have redundant icons ever since 10.0.0 :P

Camera i just get from clicking the camera icon in the bottom left, clock i get to from alarms since that's the only time I ever use the clock app, and etc for the other well-integrated apps :P

The hub is ridiculously redundant because all i need to do is swipe up and over in one motion and BAM! HUB!
It'd actually take more effort to click the icon then just swipe into it :/

Actually didn't they make it so you could delete the HUB icon in 10.2.1+? I thought i remember Bla1ze writing an article about that?

Ahahahahaha exactly my point! These apps are just so well integrated into the OS that i never have to actually open them on their own or ever use their icon! It's great!

Makes me smile inside and feel giddy while laughing to myself about all of those iOS users and Android users who have to jump through hoops to get things working! (I'll admit, now it's better in iOS8 and good ol' Android 5.0, but it's still not as good)

No, I deleted it right after setup. I either swipe from home page or tap the envelope icon at the bottom if I'm on 2nd or 3rd screen.

You can also restore or restart the hub by swiping 4 or 5 times from the top right corner of the screen down to the left corner while in the hub.

And after reading this, I moved it from my first page to a folder on my third page.

Can't find it. Never use it. I think it was one of those I zapped not long after I got the phone.

I've put it in a "system" folder with many other shortcuts like text messaging, search, settings, etc...

Didn't use the HUB shortcut one single time.
