    The launch video showed the number keys assessable from the hard keys. It showed the numbers much like a telephone key pad. My numbers display simply as numbers. What am I doing wrong?

    I'm struggling to remember how to put my name and number and emergency contact to displaying on the home screen. Would someone please remind me how to do this?
