    So no email after 72 hours. They said I have to wait another 48 hours. They re-opened the ticket. I'm patient, but I just want to know if/when it's coming.

    A little story:

    Last November there was a -$120 discount code that was supposed to be for the Q10 accessory bundle if you were buying a device, but people said the code worked for outright FREE bundles. So I entered in my mom's Q10 pin as well as my own, and then I tried to apply the discount code on a white Q10 that I always wanted.. it WORKED, so I bought it at the discounted rate and had two accessory bundles coming.

    A few weeks later, Digital River CANCELED everything. I asked why, and they had no real reason.. they never even said that there was a system error in the discount code or anything. "At least I tried," I thought. I was refunded the $400-something dollars I paid for the Q10, and thought it was over.

    Two months later in January of this year, I get a package which contained TWO white Q10's and FOUR accessory bundles.

    I was in shock. Digital River NEVER charged me for any of it, and somehow doubled my original order.

    So if your orders get canceled, you never know what might happen
    I do sincerely hope you contacted Digital River and sent back the package.

    hey maybe it was some sort of apology gift why ask just appreciate the gesture its not like if he stole it they cancelled his order he hasnt done anything wrong.

    Called DR a few minutes ago. The rep said his record shows the deal is complete but there was no shipping related info in their system so it means the shipping was not done. He said BlackBerry Passport was on back order and they have to open a ticket to review the transaction, I will be receiving another email in 2 to 3 business days for the result.

    And yes they took my money on Oct. 6.

    What can we do to maximize this opportunity on their mistakes? Any entertaining ideas?

    I just got off the phone with a DR rep... I purchased the VIP package on Sunday night for the full price shipped to Canada. Payment was posted to my CC on Tuesday night. Rep said my order shows as shipped but there is no tracking info submitted for it.

    If "jipped" was spelled "gyped" it would mean "to be cheated as would be done by a Gypsy", which would really not be PC. Maybe use "disappointed"?

    I remain disappointed: no shipping confirmation or any indicator that my VIP edition is on its way.

    Should have called a few days ago... if you don't call them, a ticket won't automatically open for you and your order will be sitting in their system stuck... from my call with them it seems that they don't have checks to make sure every customer they charged is served, you have to tell them you paid but didn?t get the service you bought before they are triggered to do anything about it.

    So if you are charged, you probably want to call them to make sure your order is not in the same state as mine.

    I just called into FedEx to check if there is any package heading my way; there is none. DR had assured me that the package was already sent out since I've been charged, but as verified just now, that is not the case. I called DR to share this news, and the rep just casually mentioned that the device could've been shipped out using a different carrier... He added this info to my existing ticket number, and asked once again for me to wait 24-72 hours for a response.

    We'll I am upgrading my Z10 to 10.3.1.396 in the meantime, this at least gives me a grasp of what I will have when my BBPP arrives!

    I know a few of you (myself included) have contacted DR and created a ticket on this issue (i.e. CC charged but no shipment according to Fedex). Any of you get an update back? It's been over 48 hours for me, and I'm still waiting...
