    Despite how things were, I really have to commend BlackBerry for honouring the discount, even if it was a mistake. There have been many companies that don't or even canceled orders from mistakes they made.

    I still find BlackBerry to be one of the more consumer friendly companies out there. I wonder what Apple would do if the iPhone6/Plus had a deep discount fiasco like this. Would they retract the orders or honour it?

    I also got the email from Marie. Thumbs up to her for doing a fine job. Actually feel sorry for the girl to be in such a position.

    Marie told me it was a mistake but expressed the "silver lining" attitude that BlackBerry's biggest fans were the beneficiaries, so that was the upside.

    So true! I mean the part saying the ones got the discount are the group of their biggest fan. lol

    The silver lining attitude part is true too but not "So true + Exclamation mark"

    Just got off phone with fedex my VIP order from the 4th did indeed ship Friday and is scheduled for Tuesday delivery. Still no tracking e-mail and for privacy purposes they could not provide me with tracking number. At least I know its shipped and is coming Tuesday.

    Aaah! Guy you are getting me so excited! Especially because I have to return my Rogers one today and I was so upset to have to go without a Passport for any amount of time.

    I did, however, call FedEx and they dont have any information about a shipment to my address at all whatsoever.. so thats worrysome

    With no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, FedEx telling me over the phone I have no parcels, I got my "VIP" Passport (just a regular Passport, no case) at 12:40pm EST in the suburbs of Toronto!

    So happy!

    Now I can return my Rogers one!
