    And people wonder why US consumers are so tied to buying from their local retailer.....

    Heck my boss got a new iPhone, and our corporate sales rep came out and set it up for him and transferred all in information over for him - just used iCloud... but he was impressed as he doesn't know much more than how to make a call or check an email.

    Did you try other chargers to make sure it was a defective charger and not a defective connection plug. Maybe that is why they wanted u to send both in so they could determine which is bad.

    Yes I did. Outlets, cables and powerblock, you can smell the electronic burnt smell from the dead block. BlackBerry are trying to figure out better customer care and support for shopblackberry.
