    Past few weeks the text messages vanish in a conversation randomly without hitting delete. Any one else encounter this?

    Issue has been reported with many versions of BB10. I believe it's a corruption in the text database but AFAIK the only fix is to reset the database (basically reload the phone) or possibly to restore from a backup.

    If this is a frequent occurrence and you don't have any backups then I don't think you have many options.

    Just occurred to me that you can try making a backup, then reloading, then restoring. That's what I'd probably do.

    Personally I would go for a full autoloader reload. Remember, you will lose everything on the phone that isn't backed up. But it is quite likely to work.

    Well I reverted back to the older operating system.

    This is strange how it messed up the way it did. I have to see if this happens again. I am back on PassportSQW100-1/10.3.3.2205

    If this happens again I will start deleting apps that may be causing the interaction.
