Recently updated via BlackBerry Link, if it makes a difference I am in Jamaica with Amazon US purchased BBPPSE.

I am not sure the device would have reflected an update had I not connected to Link.

My local carrier purchased Z10 was always way ahead of the curve in OS updates.

I downgraded the android RT&shell to prior ver per Sachesi... there is an android app (Uninstaller,RhythmPlay) some said works without needing the downgrade... I didn't test that... would like to know if anyone has full 2836/2876 & would report if this works...
