I think this is my 3rd notice to update the exact same update,go figure?Did it every time anyways.
I keep all the "Bloatware" apps that you never use but you cant delete in one folder...
Still annoying though as I cant use it.
Woke up this morning to this same message.... Wish it would have been 10.3.1... fingers crossed that it gets released later today :)
