    I keep getting this message. Nothing on the phone or in the phone memory is taking up space. Memory card is 128gb and not even half. Last time this happened I did a device wipe but now I'm hesitant. Any ideas?

    I had this happen on a Classic I think and I concluded that there was a hardware issue. Bad memory was my guess. I replaced it with a new Classic or a Passport.

    What does the Device Storage Details say? There can't be nothing on the phone, even the default apps take space.
    Check the Android directories, some apps leave a lot of junk there and it won't be counted in the Device Storage Details if the app is uninstalled, I believe. And not everything is counted. For example my offline GPS maps stuff shows very little space for the application because it doesn't / can't count the downloaded offline maps.

    The external memory card is not relevant here.

    I check this weekly:

    File Manager > misc > android > Whatsapp > databases

    Delete all files in the last folder, hope that helps

    I only install two apks, they are telegram X and whatsapp

    I do this too. Now, I'm at 31.6 of 32GB free......I can't seem to figure out what it is, and I'm trying to delete files, but it keeps saying "permission denied"......

    Same here. The folder says it has 60gb of data in it but it on my phone storage and not my memory card.
