Can someone help me find a way or an app to add the date beside the clock on the status bar. Thanks.

There is none to my knowledge. Other ways to display the date:
Keep the calendar open as an active frame, it shows the date
Pull down the quick settings, it also displays the date

I think with 10.3.2 you'll also be able to see the date when doing the peek gesture.

This is funny. I was typing the exact same lines.
Also, I use BeBuzz and its active frame can also display the date.

I think the app Home Screen Plus will do what your looking for.

Edit: Just checked it, I was wrong, I can't find a way for date to show, just weather. I could have sworn it showed the date before, guess I'm going crazy lol.

Or you can go to quick settings screen. Maybe it's not as elegant solution, especially for Passport (big screen), but it's available from every app and from home screen.

When you go to quick setting, the date is shown on the top left side.

When the date is added to the info bar with next update it will be nice.
For now, what I do is a peek with a swipe right to see the hub. As long as you have at least one message from the current day, the date is on the top left of the hub. Not ideal, but has done the trick for now.

From homescreens: Swipe down from top of the screen using one finger.
From inside any app: Swipe down using two fingers at once.

That pulls down the quick settings menu, the date and day is shown there on the top of the screen, below the clock.
