I have no issue accessing the internet APN settings but under the mms apn settings, I don't have option to insert the apn settings.
Update:
I used t-mobile sim card and I was able to see the MMS settings. I guess the problem may be cricket wireless.
I found a solution here. It looks like cricket may have some kind of update from their end and I need to get a new sim card.

I am also having this issue with both my BlackBerry Classic and Passport SE. Nobody's can give me a definite answer as to what the problem may be.
I appear to be able to send MMS messages to people on the same network as me (Freedom Mobile) but when I try to send MMS messages to others, I get an error message. "Message could not be delivered to at least one recipient"
On the flip side, when people send me MMS messages I get another weird message " not present" followed by the picture.
I got a new sim card a few months back but perhaps I need another one. A friend of mine, a BlackBerry hater who works at my carrier keeps talking about how BlackBerry 10 doesn't get carrier updates for things such as this, so he thinks it's device related.
Sorry about the long post!

Let me know if your new sim works.
I am sad to report that I changed my SIM, I restarted the phone and I am getting the same error messages as before.
The fairly knowledgeable rep at Freedom Mobile had indicated that some new updates had happened and they should be available on the new SIM. No dice though. Perhaps it is a BlackBerry 10 issue with Freedom!

That's really unfortunate. I haven't got new a sim yet but I'll get one very soon.
