My orders delivered today...VIP ordered Oct 4 am, billed Oct. 6 to cc, shipped Oct 20, here Oct 21...that took a while and was quite a ride with CouponGate and all...glad they fulfilled their promise (Friday email from Marie Sheel). Hope everyone else is smiling today too...enjoy!!

Oh yes, not a peep from Digital River about shipping or tracking and my orders on FindMyOrder.com still show 'other' under shipping info...better, I suppose, to have Passports and no shipping confirmation than the other way around!

I had to call FedEx to get the tracking number and see if there was a package out for me (i had no clue, DR didn't update my account with tracking number). They told me they tried to deliver at noon (I'm at work), but I can now pick it up at the warehouse tonight!

Well I just got a surprise email. 7:30 Friday night my item had a shipping label generated and the email came from Digital River around 10.

I ordered on Oct 3, they apparently "shipped" it. But all they did was create a shipping label. And then can't track the package. Got a hold of BlackBerry director she said she would send something out but haven't heard back.

DR said they are shipping out by November 3rd but they have my order marked complete so we shall see what happens.

In the meantime I needed a new phone so I bought one off of kijiji.

Does anyone know if when you order from BlackBerry Canada the phones are shipped from a warehouse in Canada or do they all get shipped from the US?

Love it, no issues with it thus far. Definitely not as fast typing on it as my q or z, averaging 35 wpm, missing my z30 still

One other annoying thing is sometimes I'm typing and the magnifying glass pops up out of no where. I am not trying to correct anything. Maybe the way I am going over the keys or certain gesture is causing it.
