You can always have it sent to nearest fedex location and they will hold it for you to pick up when you can.. May be an option.

If you went with the standard shipping, ie Fedex with hand off to USPS, they will drop it at your door. So signature required.

I just got a refund of $149.75
I ordered my passport on the 3rd and found out about the coupon 2 hours later! After a couple of calls and emails, they agreed to apply the coupon!
