Mine has arrived at the local post office and "it may take one to two days for delivery" even though it's about 3 miles from my house. Ha ha. Apparently, it's not possible to just go to the post office and pick it up.

Where are you located? Did you get shipping email? Back order email?

Well (hopefully) there will be at least two very cool individuals with the Passport in our town! I went to a Rogers store last Thursday and the guy had no idea when they would get the phone in. He said maybe Monday? I mused out loud that maybe I should just order it from BB and he said if I bought it, to please come back to his store because he'd love to see it himself! When I saw the runaround Rogers customers were getting with their pre-orders, I jumped at the coupon offer. I'm willing to be patient, but I'm just very excited! I'm still rocking my white 9900 (going on 3 years in January) and this has finally been the phone to convince me to switch! I feel like a kid a week before Christmas...

Sorry guys I was in town on the 25 and 26 with my passport strolling through downtown victoria and langford !

North Carolina. I ordered it from the BB store on the 24th and was notified later it was on back order. Late this past Friday, I received an email that it was shipped via FedEx, which delivered it to the post office, who will deliver it within the next couple of days. Perhaps they should change the name from "Passport" to "Undocumented Smartphone" as it is apparently being hassled at every border crossing, both country and state.

Good news folks...although I was at work, Fedex attempted to deliver my VIP Passports today!!! Am I the first?? I will pick them up at the Fedex facility this evening - it will be very interesting to see what we get (VIP's). Finally, some good news...

Just thought I'd add my experience to the thread.

Ordered regular (non vip) on Friday at 6:34PM CST and immediately got a 'order submitted' email confirmation. Then got a 'order confirmation' email at 7:07PM CST. Finally I got a 'shipping confirmation' email on Saturday at 3:23PM CST.

Device was ordered with upgraded 2 day shipping and I did use the 'shopblackberry15' coupon. (or whatever the code was)

Passport showed up at about 2:30PM CST on Tuesday with a signature required.

Been playing with it since! So far I think it's a great device.

That's fantastic news, I believe the Non-VIP ones are the only one that seems to be more immune to the ongoing conundrum with DigitalRiver

It's the, harder-to-find, VIP version that seems like the stock for those never reeealy truly existed, and thats why they're having crazy amount of trouble and confusion trying to send something they never really had (refer to folks who only received the hardcase)

Another interesting development. After ordering the VIP and two cases, order total $667.24. I received the two cases yesterday but the charge posted to my CC was $592.40. It wasn't there earlier today but just checked online and there is a pending transaction for $74.84 which would be the difference...still no shipping or any other info on the phone though.
