How was the Passport shipped to you? Canada Post? I called DR and they said it should have shipped but then said no tracking number was assigned to my order...lol. Said they would escalate the matter to another dept. Guess ill have to wait it out...oh and they already charged my CC.

Just picked mine up from FedEx, I'm in the States. The invoice in the packaging said the price was 699.99, but I did order with the coupon for 449. Card was only charged for that amount as well

Until the passort they sold like three phones a month so understanably they didn't spend money to inrease the capacity of their ordering system

I didn't notice anything during check out, I must have selected FedEx smartpost, which is apparently not all that smart? I googled and people say it's the slowest

Not to upset your apple cart, but like many of us, you may be looking at a shipment with the hard case only...VIP Passport I suspect has shipped separately. Check the shipment email to be sure...mine says case only.

Mine delivered this morning at 11:09AM. Have not had a chance to play with it, but quick inspection went well. First good impression so far hold it on my hands.

As many other have said, the receipt comes with the package show no discount with a total of $713 *(Fed Ex two days shipping). The actual charge was $456 all in.

I called blackberry support and they told me to email webhelp at digitalriver regarding the situation and finally after posting your screenshots of using SHOPBBSAVE15 and actually getting 25% off I got an email saying that they have submitted my refund request and hopefully it gets approved. It would be an almost $200 savings as I paid $805 with shipping to Toronto originally and I saw a guy here paid $607 with shipping to Toronto with the deal.

Both. I'd like to get it as soon as possible, and I'd like it to not be stolen.

I called FedEx to ask if any shipments were headed to my address, and they said no, so I'm pretty confident I will not get my passport for a few weeks until they restock.

Several people (including me) have tried that but the request has been denied. I was told that the promo code was meant for accessories only.
