Just spoke with DR customer service...Passport ordered at full price is still on backorder. The second Passport I ordered at the VIP price is showing as complete on their screen. I told them I never received a tracking number. The rep said they didn't see one as well, lol. Now they are escalating the matter to another department that will take up to 3days! What a joke!

Just picked mine up from FedEx, I'm in the States. The invoice in the packaging said the price was 699.99, but I did order with the coupon for 449. Card was only charged for that amount as well

that few hundreds are very likely thousands, as the coupon was all over the internet, not just this forum. blackberry doesnt even ship here... official launch date is sometime in november here. so even if theres such next time, i still wouldnt get it anyway. and im paying premium, $850+shipping price. you wouldnt even have paid that much even if you would have ordered for full price lmao.

The coupon was meant for BlackBerry accessories and it was a huge oversight and mess up on their part.

Received second email on 10/04 at 8:30am pst.

Received third (out of stock) email on 10/04 at 10am pst.

On a positive note...I did receive a Tracking Number for my Black Hard Case! Woohoo!!

How was the Passport shipped to you? Canada Post? I called DR and they said it should have shipped but then said no tracking number was assigned to my order...lol. Said they would escalate the matter to another dept. Guess ill have to wait it out...oh and they already charged my CC.
