    Ordered mine last night in the US site, but I got two emails saying that it is on back order.

    Ordered another one last night with the coupon code, and I haven't yet to receive the second e-mail yet.

    I tried to call the customer service to cancel the first order, horrible service rep answered the phone and said "Accounting department is closed and you have to call Monday to cancel." Are you freaking kidding me?!!!!!!!!"

    Ordered the vip one last night at 11pm sharp from the Canadian store. Only received the first email, not the second one yet.
    Same. Except I ordered at 10pm. Still no second confirmation email.

    I don't know if it's been answered yet or not, but they won't do a price adjustment. You have to return your phone and order another one.

    I did receive an email stating they received the request and will be processed and another email will be sent within 48 hours. I also checked with my bank and I was charged $593 CAD. Which should clear up if we being charged CAD of USD. Lets see if this order goes through.

    It's sort of suspicious how the normal one is quickly OOS and the VIP, which comes with more items, is still readily available to buy. Makes me wonder a little...

    Had VIP ready to Submit but just couldn't press the button.

    Classic is really more for me. I'm just not ready for such a large phone and input difference from my current Curve.

    I ordered the VIP device at 3am, I have only received an order placement email, no confirmation, no shipping.

    To everyone who is hoping to cancel their original order, I will let you know that I have been dealing with digital river over the phone almost everyday trying to cancel my original launch day order. All they can do it put in a "cancel request" and it might not go through. I cancelled on Tuesday morning and my cancellation has still not gone through. Looks like I am going to have three Passports! LOL

    not fair with those who really want to buy this phone and want to spend money just to support BlackBerry especially fans out there. i was at work and unfortunately dont have computer to buy it online and till the time i come home it was sold out. maybe this is kind of business but this is discouraging and unfair with blackberry fans especially with discount code. not a happy fan

    No. If you buy from Shopblackberry or Amazon, it is a factory unlocked device.

    I just ordered the VIP with the discount SHOPBBSAVE15 and it went thru. $524. i figured $70 was good for the case and the extras. I'm returning my iPhone 6 plus.Already have an iPad for media consumption. I used to have the BB Curve 8900 and I loved it. Gonna see what the passport is about !

    I ordered before this thread started, then found out about the code. I just called customer service 10 minutes ago and they said processing department will refund me 15% to my PayPal 24-72 hours. I won't get the 25% but it's better than nothing. The rep said, "We've been having problems with that particular coupon code, so we'll have to refund it manually." Gee, wonder what the "problem" was? LOL.
