    Quite often trying to go into contacts I just see a white background with a loading screen. It seems to want to work when it feels like it. See my screenshot below. Very frustrating. Any suggestions? Actually scrap that I don't know how to paste a picture. Much more complicatd than my iphone 5 please help!!

    Sorry you are frustrated. We can't see your picture.Are you trying to add a contact photo?

    Hi. As I mentioned I do not know how to post a pic from my passport into the crackberry forum. It's basically a loading circle spinning while in the background is a white screen

    I've had that same issue, restarting the phone has always fixed it
