I have my outlook sync to my passport. What are the best recommended settings to keep my address book and calendar sync with outlook and my passport.

The only difference I have is sync time frame is 30 days
Will that make it sync fast or just last days

I don't think it has to do with speed. I had some issues with contacts syncing and don't remember what I did to fix it.
