    Hello, I do not know. That is the error message I am getting when I am trying to send a text message from the hub of my passport. Some are delivered but for most I am getting this message.

    This is likely a carrier issue, then.
    Who is your carrier?

    You might try re-booting your phone.

    Did you install any updates? Were your texts working and just suddenly stopped?

    Can you post the EXACT error message?
