Can anyone confirm if the paratek antenna's used in the Passport?

Unfortunately, I have to return my Z30 because it doesn't support the AT&T LTE band in my area. The Z30 works great in my office building where I barely get signal with the iPhone 5s.

The Passport supports more LTE bands and most likely will pick up AT&T's LTE signal in my area. I just need to make sure I can get signal in my office building.

I don't see any marketing materials from BB that mentions such for the Passport, only for the Z30.

Can anyone confirm, with evidence, that the Passport has the same antenna as the Z30?

One would assume that BB would put all the latest and greatest in their flagship phone. But no mentioning of it?

It's marketing fluff. The only way to figure out if a Passport will get service in your office is to physically put one there.

I noticed the same, came from the Z30 to the passport, i can't even catch LTE with the passport where I could catch 1-2 bars signal LTE with my old z30 (in my bed lol). My Dad Z10 is also able to catch 1 bar of LTE at the same place...

Paratek is not 'marketing fluff', it is an actual company that BlackBerry purchased. It is supposed to be in the Passport. Started with the Z30.

I stumbled upon that article a while back, but I can't take someone's words over the actual marketing materials used to publicize a certain feature. A company can't really lie to the mass. lol

I don't think they use the same antenna for the Passport and Classic, otherwise it would be all over Blackberry's product page. I'm now hesitant to even consider buying either the Passport or the Classic.

The great IPS display is available only to the Passport. (Passport, Classic and Z30 have different types of displays)
Natural Sound (multiple mic's and dual speakers) is only available on the Z30 and Passport.
Scrolling from the keyboard is only available on the Passport.
Shortcuts and numeric keypad on the keyboard are only available to the Classic.

All devices should have the same features/technology, with the exception of screen size and availability of the keyboard. Probably why so many people prefer iPhones? hahah

Shortcuts were available on the Classic but not the Passport because the Classic had OS 10.3.1 while the Passport had OS 10.3.0. Now that 10.3.1 is available on Passport, the keyboard shortcuts are there too.
