    Hello,
    Is there a way to completely uninstall an application?
    I noticed that the method indicated on help leaves many parts of the uninstalled applications.

    I've found the only thing that works on my end is Accounts Cleaner (available in BlackBerry App Store). Granted, it may not work for all apps, but it worked for me for ghosts of apps I had removed.

    I've noticed that the apps not completely uninstalled on my Passport are Android apps.
    About this issue, On this page, I've read something >

    But the link for the update is broken...
    I don't know where find this update. Any idea ?

    Yup, link works for me. Open it on your BlackBerry, it should open the app world. Maybe ensure the BlackBerry browser is your default browser. The issue you described will be fixed by this update.

    Try opening it on your BB--link works for me on mine

    OK, thank's to all, I've reinit my BB and now I've got the link. Why ? I don't know.

    Ok, I install the runtime, but the message is "Initializing, please wait"... and nothing. How to see that the runtime is installed ?
