As per title.
Happens only when I'm holding the phone, i.e. not on hands free car connection.
I've had the complaint many times over the last few days, never before. Only difference is I have an official flip case now attached.
Does anyone else have this issue?
PS. I've done a soft restart, volume buttons held until BlackBerry logo appears. It makes no difference.

Remove the case and test if it still happens, if it doesn't there's your answer

Don't let it rest with the bottom part resting on your hand while calling. Solved the problem for me.

Notice the main one at the bottom? I catch myself using my pinky right over that very spot....
I have the exact same problem with my z30. Made a thread to see if someone could help but I got nothing. It should work okay on speaker phone (that's how I get by) I'm thinking it just returning before warranty is up

The OTA Update to SR 10.3.1.1565 seems to have fixed this Issue.
