So I was away with my oneplus one for a while, now I'm back!! First BlackBerry device with a keyboard for me...loving it so far, my only thing is the keys seem very hard to push down...maybe just because I've never used one in a while or is there a special way to type with these?

Yeah it takes a week or so to build up thumb strength. Just keep using it exclusively in order to allow your hands to get used to it.

    Welcome Back!!

    Just press down Sean.
Your fingers/thumbs probably are used to a more sensitive feel off of a full screen phone.
Don't worry man, you won't break it.
    Which Passport did you get?
    Black?
    Red?
    White?
    AT&T version?

Why were you away with an Android, if I may ask??

It does feel very hard to type on once you've become accustomed to a touch screen. I'm two months in now, feels natural to me again. No desire for touchscreen typing anytime soon.

    Welcome back...
I recently changed from the Z30 which is an amazing phone, to the mighty Passport!
At first I didn't think I was going to like the physical keyboard.
But now I'm getting used to it and love the physical clicks and tangible feeling of the keys.

Post from my Passport or my Z30 or my Playbook

The Passport keys should be soft and still is for me after 8 months of usage. If you find it too stiff, I would probably exchange it.

Welcome back. The Passport is a phenomenal phone. Spread the words.
