    I updated the cobalts apps after relapsing my os...now I'm not able to install few apps like zomato or Google maps from store...and when I try to uninstall any from playstore...the store crashes...and the app is still shown as installed on playstore please help

    Sounds like you updated your OS. You can try to install the runtime fix in BlackBerry world. If it doesn't work search bb10 archive and load 2813 OS. It's best for Droid app use. We hope the august update will stop the runtime screw up in 2836.

    How about the august update to 10.3.3 would it be available in automatic download or we have to install it manually?

    It should be available OTA by many carriers, but not all.
