No, you can clean it by using as pure (97% if possible) ethyl alcohol solution dabbed onto a soft cotton cloth. Then gently wipe down the whole Passport (keys, back, camera lens, and screen. Just make sure to turn it off first!
I dunno about alcohol. Wouldn't it start to take off the colour on the keys? I'm sure it's not safe to use.
I myself wipe my screen and keyboard with 75% alcohol, and occasionally brush off dirts between the keys.

My damp towel after a shower. Been doing this with all my phones.
Wrong!
Try eraser on the back to clear stain and the well known glue spot surrounding BlackBerry logo issue...works like a charm!
I always use 99% ethyl or isopropyl alcohol for cleaning ANY electronic gadgets and keyboards. As a pharmacist and being familiar with solvents of all kinds, I know that it will not harm anything. Just don't pour the stuff all over your device, use a small amount on a cotton cloth and wipe away. But, definitely search for the purest alcohol you can find, has less adulterants and salts to damage circuits and contacts. Oh and unless it is ethyl DON'T drink it either!:D
The same way you would clean any other electronic device. Why would the Passport be any different?

I am using either a dry microfibre cloth or, at least once a week, that Whoosh! cleanser.
