    If you got 10.3.1.1581 from your carrier, please post the name and country of your carrier
    There are a bunch of people who would like to grab the OS using Sachesi, who don't wish to use the 1-3.2 leaked version.

    I'm replying to my own thread. I just got the update for my second Passport.My guess on the situation is Blackberry doesn't have the server capacity to roll out every serial number and every phone model simultaneously.

    That's my hypothesis why one phone got the update yesterday, and today the other phone.

    Factory unlocked devices will get it pushed by BlackBerry, even if the carrier has not released it yet. This is why Passport users on Rogers and Fido may get 10.3.1, only if bought from ShopBB or Amazon.
