    No more updates for passport of BB10.
    May I suggest a Blackberry Key2 or the KeyOne Black Edition. All the newer made with BlackBerry devices are on Android now.

    You should be upgrading to 10.3.3.3216 which is the latest, and includes the KRACK Wifi vulnerability fix.

    If you use the autoloader method you need to download the file to a PC, unzip it and run the .exe file, connect your device with a USB cable and the OS will be installed.

    It is very important to note this will wipe the device so you MUST BACKUP before running the autoloader or you will lose all your data on the phone!
