    Let me try and explain what is going on.

    I downloaded some .mp3's from an email and it saved them into the work side of my device. They are saved on the device in my music folder on the work side of the device memory.

    I would like to move them from the internal memory to my sd card.

    I can select the files no problem and click move. But then the option to choose sd card or personal side of the device disappears, so I am only left with the possibility of moving the files into different folders on the work side of the device memory.

    Anyone know how to help??

    You are on a BES - it's doing what its supposed to do unfortunately - you'd have to talk with your bes admin but I don't think there anything you can do

    You are right.

    I emailed the files to my personal email and then saved it on my sd card
