can't copy file from SD media into device member

Hello,

It seems the built in device storage it's read only ? I can't move files from the SD media card into the device memory.
Anybody has had this issue?

To which folder do you want to copy the files?

Yeah, even I face the same problem, I am not able to move any file to the device storage, it says access denied in pc and says can't move to read-only directory in phone:confused:

It happens regardless of the folder.

try root explorer from play store? I've been copying files from and to sd card
