    Uninstalled and reinstalled link, blend & drivers

    My pc just does not see it

    Any help would be great

    Yes, my other phone connects straight away on the same port and cable

    Check Settings > Storage and Access > Access using USB and see if Charge Only Mode and USB Mass Storage Mode is enabled. If it is, disable it.

    Are you using Windows 10?

    I have not been able to sync my Passport using Link since I updated to Windows 10.

    Windows 10 shouldn't be an issue. I am running Windows 10 and my Z30 and Z10 connects just fine.

    Uninstall all blackberry software. Plug phone in USB and install drivers from there first. Always works and windows 10. Flawless.

    I too am having issues with BlackBerry Link. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Link keeps saying Disconnected and I just can't get it to connect. I need to do a backup so I can switch devices. So frustrating. I tried to call BlackBerry support and it's no longer a valid number. Urghhhh!

    I also had problems with link and my mac.

    I installed everything, I connected my PP to my mac, and then I installed again and it works fine now.

    I had posted the below earlier today in another Thread on the same Topic. Hope this helps!


    Link also stopped working for me from a few days back - from the timing, it seems to have stopped working after a Windows10 Update by MS. I read somewhere that installing the latest Blend Software seems to also install an Update for Link. I tried that earlier today - downloaded the latest version of Blend from Blackberry.Com and when I got to install it, it did seem to have an Update for Link too. After the installation of the latest version of Blend on my Laptop, Link also seems to be working again!! I hope this helps!
