So I switched from a white pp to a black one and 2 days ago I backed up my phone, with the old OS.

Today, opened a brand new black one, and it auto updated to 10.3.1

Every time I try to restore my device, it cancels it and says "process was canceled"

Is it simply impossible to do at this point?

do you have the updated bb 10 software install on your pc?

unistall the one you have reinstall the new one then connect your phone with your pc it should do the trick
