    Today my passport stopped receiving calls and I cannot make any calls. In fact when I touch the phone icon to make a call nothing happens. Is this a sign of BB legacy going down? I thought that as scheduled for January of 2022. Anyone having same experience?

    Are you on AT&T? If so, do you have the AT&T-sold model?

    Have you tried turning it off and on again?
    What about holding the power button for about 20 seconds.

    Saw this thread and threw my Sim into my old passport and made a call with no issues. The call quality was better than my iphone 8. I'm on the Sasktel network here in Canada but my Passport is unlocked... not sure if that has anything to do with anything

    You don't need Internet connection or Blackberry servers to make a call. Try another SIM card or do a reset.

    If you're using ATT, your line may have been suspended. If so, you can ask them to reactivate . I don't know if other carriers do this.
