    I don't know what's going on. I was using blackberry world without issue for weeks. But now everytime I download it will tell me "an error has occurred processing your request".

    The only way to fix this is to remove the SD card. Then the download works. If I reinsert the SD card I again get the error on next download.

    Anyone know about this?

    In os 10 devices battery pulls are not done FYI!!! But I would prolly reccomend deleting the corrupt fies. Then restore try phone with a clean wipe. Then reformatt the memory card once you have re-installed the os after setting up your device.

    Perhaps your SD card is corrupted?
    Try reading or writing to it.

    I can't be certain. But it seems to have resolved itself after I uninstalled the antivirus app I installed as part of the 20,000 app giveaway.

    I installed it because it was free. I uninstalled it because I suspected it to be causing problems. I'm not the. One to ask this question.
