    The Canada website shows Sale price of 499$ for Red/White PP, but when you add it to cart, price goes back up to 599$.

    So I called Customer Service to confirm and I was told the price is in fact 599$.

    Too bad - ShopBB not honouring the advertised price.

    The White Leap is listed at $315 as advertised. The Q5 too is listed at sale price of $269, but just the Red/White Passports are listed at regular price $599.

    So when you spoke to them what was the reasoning for the $499 advertising, did the state it as an error?

    I just spoke with one rep, and he initially said he would help me place my order over the phone, put me on hold for a couple of minutes, then came back saying that the actual price is 599$ as shown during checkout.

    I did not bother arguing...but I did email Customer support via their website. Maybe I'll get some feedback, hopefully while the Sale is on.

    The ad said FOR THREE DAYS ONLY. I saw it too and went to buy one..then the ad changed to $599.00....it went back to what it said yesterday.
    The phone they were offering was red and white only. $499 is a good deal...$599, meh. I didn't bite before. The phone is totally worth it...its just too much money for ANY phone outside a contract. I can't really afford either price right now...but $499 is less painful.

    This phone ain't worth it even at $499

    Unfortunately none of BlackBerry's phones are worth their regular price - because of rampant hardware QC issues amongst other things.

    Yup, there was a price drop from $699 to $599 on June 9th (That's what a BlackBerry CSR told me about an hour ago.) No idea what the sale is then.

    Wrong. Go to the Canadian site, you still get shopbbryUS or whatever.. check the link more throughly, it says en_CA.

    Why would the American site have a CANADA day sale anyways?

    But it was the Canadian site- not American anyways
