I was wondering if there was a way to private some of your apps on the blackberry passport?

Unless the apps you are referring to have their own built-in password protection, no. Developers have noted in the forums that the API's required for them to develop an app to lock certain features are not available.

I'd suggest using the on-device password protection if you need to ensure your device is secure.
