    Hello everyone!
    I`m trying to enter password to my device.. after 5 wrong attempts it shows me message "you have 5/10 wrong attempts, after 10 wrong attempts the data will be erased". I keep entering, but it still shows me the same message - 5/10. The counter doesn`t work anymore. I`m sure I enter the correct password, but still get "wrong password" message(( Reloading\shutdown of the device doesn`t help.
    Maybe someone knows how to fix it?....thank you.

    Is it asking for a password or for you to type the word "blackberry"?

    Have you done a hard reset?

    The password was correct, but BBP gave me message "wrong password". This problem totally solved afeter lots of reloadings and wrong password typings. So now OS10 is reinstalled.
