    Can someone shed some light on why Vimeo is not working on my PP. I cleared cookies and all. Even reloaded the OS and it still isn't playing the videos.... this is killing me

    It's working on my passport.

    Might sound daft but are you clicking play in the bottom left corner, can be hard to see depending on the thumnbail image of the video sometimes

    If I do that do I have to restore my device? Like will it delete all my stuff of the phone thank you guys for helping by the way this has been a real pain for me? I don't even see how this could be a problem

    Does youtube work for you? That could rule out slow internet/buffering

    I can confirm that video url on Vimeo plays on my passport so it's definitely device related

    Press and hold volume up and volume down buttons at the same time until the phone shuts off and restarts - let go when you see the BlackBerry startup screen. A glorified version of turning phone off then back on is all. No data lost, no restore. RARELY needed in my experience, but is a quick 1st attempt to fix any occasional issues that arise.

    I held down the volume keys and the phone turned off and continued to hold down but the start up screen never appeared so after 2 mins or so I just let go and turned on the conventional way and problem still occurs. I have the ATT passport by the way I don't know if that makes a difference. Should I try it again orrr

    A hard reset worked for me the first time I tried to access Vimeo, and that was months ago. Never had a problem with it ever since.
