    Hi all

I had a BlackBerry z10 with 10.3.1.632 and I was using around 1200-1400mb ram maximum

Now I have a BlackBerry passport also with 10.3.1.632 but I have 900 mb ram free, I run the same apps and do exactly the same things.

How can I use over 2 gb ram with exactly the same apps and software compare to max 1400 mb on my z10?

Possible differences: Video as it needs more pixel memory. Caching. If you can load something in memory, us it. No sense in having all kinds of OS memory and not put as much as possible there when it is needed. That is how a memory manager in an OS works.
