    I just got a replacement BB Passport & it was already upgraded to the latest
    OS --10.3.3

    Everything appears to be working well except that I can not call out-- voice call--
    from Contacts or from the Texting app..

    Checked Settings carefully but just aren't seeing what I missed..

    Hello if you select phone icon Home screen bottom left, should open to contacts, then you can press contact and you get various options including calling and or text messsage. Good luck
