i just receive my blackberry passport and have it from amazon. The phone battery was dead and went i plug it , it started the phone the wipe process started. they are 28 hours and it is still going. What should i do?

Do a reboot of device. Hold down the power button for about 15 seconds. The boot screen should appear (blue circle). Phone should restart or it may repeat the device wipe process but it should be much quicker.
You could also try to reload the OS but if you continue to have difficulties and the phone was a recent purchase from Amazon you may want to contact them for a replacement.

If you bought it from a third party seller thru Amazon, if return it right now and buy one from Amazon them selves.
I Agree, I always try and buy from Amazon themselves as their CS is very good.
Also I bought my BBPPSE about two weeks ago from Amazon directly and opened box and phone had about 50% charge awaiting SIM, the experience you had sounds "odd"
