Hey everyone. I was wondering if I can change my Passport's case or not.
The backside of my Passport has minor scratches. The small sim door is easily replaceable, but how about the big one?

Also, is it possible to buy the case online?
    Can I change it myself?
Or do I have to give it to a pro, because blackberry doesn't have any store or support center in Georgia (the country not the state), where I'm living at the moment.

    Thank you.

    I'm just gonna do mine

    http://www.etradesupply.com/blackber...-passport.html

Got some parts from here and I'm gonna change mine from black to white. The back is quite easy to get off, just take off the plastic under the keyboard(only stuck on) to reveal screws and then the other screws are under the sim cover

    Thanks for your reply.
The website is amazing! It has everything!
I don't think I'm going to change my Passport for a few years, I can just change my color or case and it will be as good as new.

    Thanks again!

The hardest to find was the plastic below the keyboard, found that on ebay.
Also another good one is https://www.parts4repair.com/blackbe...eatured&page=1
Although I've never ordered from there.

There was also one in France but when I emailed them they were not willing to send anything outside france.

    Good luck!

Yep, I know, changed a case on a pre-OS7 BlackBerry. Watched how to videos and read posts but there was never all the details required to do a good job. Broke sealing tape around phone screen and it filled with dust. So my advice is to proceed with caution!

Wonderful mod, I like it very much! It looks like a render from Pootermobile
I guess you had a black unit originally, right? Have you encountered any difficulties in opening and re-assembling the Passport?

Yes it was black this morning

Was quite easy to do, keyboard was the only tricky part as you have to take everything apart to get to the screws holding it, motherboard and even the battery (which is stuck in pretty well!).

Only 2 screw drivers needed, T4 and maybe a T2(cant be sure), keyboard was only 2 screws at the back and 2 clip tabs under the front plastic ( which just pulls off)

I was gonna get a white screen, but found it difficult to find the white frame too, so I think I will keep it black. Wish I had saw your pic before, I wouldn't have had any worries about what it would turn out like !
