Hello since the latest update from blackberry, the only time my camera works is if I restart my phone. As soon as I switch the camera for a selfie. The message comes up cannot be started.

Any suggestions? Help me please!

Carriers are slow to release the latest OS which is 10.3.2.2339
If you wait for your carrier to release this you may be waiting a long time.

if you don't have this version loaded... then load it. that'll solve all your problems

If you do have it loaded, reload it with this Blitz. Chances are you may have loaded a file the got corrupt. It happens.

Get onto a computer, do a backup in link.
Go to upper right corner of link and select preference
Find the reload OS option
And do a reload OS.
Sounds like your updated didn't take well the first time around.

But before all that do a power cycle.
Power off wait a minute
Than power back on
